All our food is made from scratch, and we use the highest quality ingredients, especially for the meat. Many of our vendors are local, and we support small businesses, like ours. The tacos are prepared with corn gluten-free tortillas, and we offer a Vegetarian Taco with Grilled Cactus and have vegan options too. Taco Block is catering with a self-sufficient food truck, so we don’t need anything from you, just a hungry crowd. Serving out of our truck is easy, quick, and fun for your event, but if you prefer for us to serve your guests indoors, no problem. Just let us know so we can accommodate your special request.
